Spaces list

The Spaces list is the operator entry point for Space Studio. It shows the tenant’s Spaces and lets an admin create a new workroom before configuring its workspace, KBs, triggers, settings, and members.

What the list shows

The table shows each Space with enough information to orient before opening it:

Click a row to open Space Studio. The detail route lands on the Workspace tab.

Create a Space

Section titled “Create a Space”

Use New Space from the list header.

  1. Enter the Space name.
  2. Add an optional description.
  3. Choose Public or Private access.
  4. Save.
  5. Configure Workspace, KBs, Triggers, Settings, and Members for Private Spaces as needed.
