KBs

KBs is the Space Studio tab for selecting which knowledge bases are available inside a Space. Use it when a workroom needs access to specific authored documents, runbooks, policies, or customer material.

What the tab controls

Section titled “What the tab controls”

The KBs tab selects tenant knowledge bases for this Space. Selected knowledge bases become eligible context sources when the tenant platform agent works in the Space.

Use the tab for:

  • customer documents;
  • support or policy runbooks;
  • project documentation;
  • department-specific source material.

This tab is named KBs in the Admin UI. Do not treat it as the full Memory surface; memory and knowledge bases are related context sources with different contracts.
